J. Craig Caldwell and Rebecca A. Witmer founded Cosmopolitan Concierge in 2004. The two former business executives possess years of experience in customer service, sales and marketing. Their combined wealth of knowledge and experience forms a solid foundation for their think-outside-the-box approach. Their commitment to innovation means careful research is continually done as a part of their development and implementation of new standards of excellence in hospitality staffing, property management, and real estate. In 2010, after successfully running Cosmopolitan Concierge for a number of years, they launched their property management, and homeowner association management division. Craig then opended what has been a dream of his for a while which was a real estate sales and marketing company in order to meet the complete needs of their clients’. It was important to them to be able to provide communities who an increasing need to hire an equally professional property management company as well as to bring their customer service expertise to the real estate industry. The Cosmo Group and Cosmo Realty Group will now continue to provide the 5-star approach in Management and Real Estate as Cosmopolitan Concierge has been providing for years.
